TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. The virtual office gives a physical address in Cork City.
2. The online form must be completed in full and will form a Memorandum of Agreement for the virtual office between the hirer and hiree.
3. Proof of address within the last 3 months (copy of bank statement / utility bill) required.
4. ID – (copy of driver’s license / passport) required.
5. One month’s notice for cessation of Virtual Office.
6. Cost for handling post will be agreed based on options chosen in post option form.
7. Administration set up costs of €50.00* covers the setup of the virtual office at Castle Chambers, 6 Castle Street, Cork.
8. Upon sign-up a monthly subscription payment of €50.00* to Executive Office Suites & Secretarial Services Ltd. the virtual office will be activated.

*VAT is not included and is charged @ 23%.
