TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. The co-sharing office gives a physical address in Cork City.
2. The online form must be completed in full and will form a Memorandum of Agreement for the co-sharing office between the hirer and hiree.
3. Proof of address (copy of bank statement / utility bill) within the last 3 months as per GDPR required.
4. ID – (copy of driver’s license / passport) required.
5. One month’s notice for cessation of co-sharing office.
6. Administration set up costs of €100.00* covers the setup of the co-sharing office.
7. Upon sign up a monthly subscription payment of €100.00* to Executive Office Suites & Secretarial Services Ltd. the co-sharing office will be activated.

*VAT is not included and is charged @ 23%
