TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- The Online Form must be completed in full and will form a Memorandum of Agreement for the boardroom between the hirer and hiree.
- Proof of address (copy of bank statement / utility bill) within the last 3 months as per GDPR required.
- ID – (copy of driver’s license / passport) required.
- A link to complete the booking must be completed.
- 48 hours notice for cancellation is required to receive a full refund. No refunds on cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
- All prices are subject to VAT at 23%.
- Access will be arranged in advance.
